Angrenzend an Vegesack und die Weser ist Blumenthal sonst von Niedersachsen umgeben. Auf Grund seiner n\u00f6rdlichen Lage, hin zur Nordsee, sind die Gezeiten hier deutlich zu beobachten. Die Ortsteile L\u00fcssum-Bockhorn, R\u00f6nnebeck, Farge und Rekum bieten den Bewohnern<strong> ruhiges Wohnen in gepflegter Nachbarschaft<\/strong>. Das Wahrzeichen Blumenthals ist der alte <strong>Wasserturm<\/strong>. Er steht, heute stellvertretend, f\u00fcr die gute Wasserqualit\u00e4t in Blumenthal. Denn anders als in anderen Stadtteilen wird hier das Trinkwasser nicht aus der Weser, sondern den Brunnen des Wassereinzugsgebietes der Aue, gewonnen <em>(Quelle: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bremen.de\"
