Bremer Industriepark, <a title=\"Ein Denkmal f\u00fcr die BWK\" href=\"https:\/\/blumenthal-magazin.de\/2014\/01\/ein-denkmal-fuer-die-bwk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BWK<\/a> und Vulkan Gel\u00e4nde) hat die Freie Hansestadt Bremen knapp 20 Mio. \u20ac investiert. Im Ergebnis ist der R\u00fcckgang der Arbeitsst\u00e4tten im verarbeitenden Gewerbe in allen Stadtteilen Bremen- Nords stabilisiert worden. Vegesack und Blumenthal weisen sogar eine leicht zunehmende Tendenz auf. Der Bereich Handel und Tourismus (u.a. Markthalle, Hafenmeisterhaus, Hafenspeicher\/Spicarium, Schulschiff Deutschland, Schaufenster Bootsbau und dessen Schiffsprojekte sowie Marketingmittel f\u00fcr Vegesack) ist mit rd.16 Mio. \u20ac gef\u00f6rdert worden. Der R\u00fcckgang der Arbeitsst\u00e4tten in Handel und Tourismus ist in Vegesack zum Stillstand gekommen und hat sich in Burglesum und Blumenthal deutlich reduziert. Eine Summe von 8 Mio. \u20ac hat die Stadt in den Dienstleistungsbereich (u.a. Science Park und Gesundheitspark Friedehorst) investiert.
